TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1: Scope of Services
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Grand Sahara Aventures in Tunisia.
All tours and excursions are 100% private, with a dedicated guide, driver and vehicle — no groups and no shared services.
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
Article 2: Pricing and Program
Prices are those indicated on our website or provided at the time of your request.
All prices are expressed in euros (€) per person, unless otherwise specified.
Following your inquiry, you will receive one or more personalized quotations including a detailed itinerary.
These documents specify:

the itinerary and daily schedule

included and excluded services
-
logistical details
👉 The confirmed quotation and itinerary form the contractual basis of the service.
Article 3: Booking and Contract Formation
A booking becomes effective once the following elements are received:

written confirmation by email

required participant details
-
deposit payment
Required information includes:

full names of participants
-
pickup location
-
valid WhatsApp number
-
identification documents (if required)
👉 Once the deposit is received, the booking is considered final and binding.
Article 4: Payment Terms
4.1 Deposit
A 10% deposit is required to confirm any booking.
This deposit:

secures availability of all services (vehicle, guide, accommodation)
-
confirms the booking
-
constitutes a binding commitment
Payment is made via a secure payment link (credit card or PayPal).
👉 By completing the payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the agreed itinerary.
4.2 Balance
The remaining balance can be paid:

in cash (euros or Tunisian dinars) directly to the guide

by credit card at the agency (5% processing fee applies)

via WISE (recommended)
-
by international bank transfer
4.3 Payment Protection Clause
The client acknowledges that the services are customized and reserved upon request.
👉 Any unjustified payment dispute (chargeback or PayPal claim) may result in legal action.
Article 5: Booking Confirmation
Once the deposit is received, a reservation voucher will be issued.
Article 6: Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be communicated by email.
Refund Conditions

Excursions without accommodation: refund up to 24 hours before departure

Tours with accommodation (multi-day): refund up to 5 days before departure (excluding payment processing fees)
Additional Conditions

After these deadlines, the deposit may be retained to cover incurred costs

In case of no-show, no refund will be issued

Payment processing fees (PayPal, bank, etc.) are non-refundable
👉 These conditions reflect costs already committed (logistics, reservations, partners).
Article 7: Service Execution
Services are carried out according to the agreed itinerary.
Adjustments may be made when necessary for:

safety
-
weather conditions
-
operational requirements
Article 8: Liability
The agency operates under a best-efforts obligation.
It shall not be held liable for:

services performed by third-party providers
-
personal decisions or behavior of the client
-
force majeure events
Article 9: Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to hold personal travel insurance covering:

medical expenses
-
repatriation
-
personal liability
-
luggage
Article 10: Risk Activities
Optional activities may include:

quad biking
-
buggy rides
-
horse riding
-
camel riding
-
sandboarding
-
parasailing
-
jet skiing
These activities are operated by independent third-party providers.
👉 A liability waiver may be required before participation.
👉 The agency cannot be held liable for any incident occurring during such activities.
Article 11: Personal Data
Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of organizing and delivering the services.
Article 12: Disputes
In case of dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution first.
